Terms of Renovation & Workmanship Warranty

1. Quotations & Validity

All itemized quotations issued by Seven All Renovation Service are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Rates are based on physical site assessments and agreed material specifications.

2. Milestone Payment Structure

Our projects operate on progressive milestone billing tied directly to physical work completion: typically 10% confirmation deposit, with subsequent staged payments upon completion of structural hacking, M&E electrical/piping rough-in, plaster ceiling & tiling, and final balance after joint walk-through inspection.

3. 12-Month Workmanship Warranty

Every completed project is backed by our official written 12-Month Workmanship Warranty. This covers waterproofing membrane integrity, plumbing connection leaks, carpentry hinge stability, and plaster ceiling joints. In the event of an issue, our service technician will inspect within 48 hours.

4. Council Permits & Compliance

For landed house extensions requiring Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya (MBSJ) or Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) architectural approvals, submissions will be prepared and coordinated in accordance with Malaysian Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL).
